This past summer marked my three year anniversary since I started running. Since then, the things that took precedence in my to do list suddenly and quite drastically changed. Our diet is killing us. Our diets stink. For the most part I have tried to eat healthy for the last several years. I rarely eat fast food.....if I do I pass on hamburgers and french fries.
